Release 2024 – Barrel #16
Barrel #16 was aged 4 months and 23 days in a barrel made of German Oak from the Pfalz region. It was a red wine barrel from the Russian River Valley of California. This is the second time this barrel has aged tequila.

- Region: Los Altos de Jalisco
- Cooking: Stone & Brick Ovens
- Extraction: Mechanical Tahona
- Water: Deep Well (450ft +), Spring, Rain
- Fermentation: Stainless Steel Tanks, Fermented without Fibers
- Distillation: Distilled Twice in Copper Pot Stills. Heads retained.
- ABV: 40%
- Maturation: 4 months, 8 days
