Barrel #12 is a Willett Bourbon barrel. It was an American White Oak barrel with a #3 char. This is the second time this barrel has aged tequila.

- Cooking: Stone & Brick Ovens
- Extraction: Mechanical Tahona
- Water: Deep Well (450ft +), Spring, Rain
- Fermentation: Stainless Steel Tanks, Fermented without Fibers
- Distillation: Distilled Twice in Copper Pot Stills. Heads retained.
- ABV: 43%
- Maturation: 7 months
- Bottled: June 2024
