Barrel #7 was a freshly dumped Basil Hayden Bourbon Barrel. It was American White Oak barrel with a #1 char or toasted.

- Distillation: Distilled Twice in Copper Pot Stills. Heads retained.
- ABV: 40%
- Maturation: 4 months, 23 days
