An Extra Añejo tequila is one that is aged for a minimum of three years.
This is what gives the tequila such a complex and sophisticated flavor. The agave is cooked in a steam-powered traditional stone oven, with a blend of natural spring, deep-well and rainwater.
Our Extra Añejo is aged for three and a half years in used American white oak bourbon casks, which gives it a soft and light oakiness.
The blanco or “white” version of tequila is the product that is obtained after a very short aging process. It contains 40% alcohol content and is unaged.
Our Blanco is a classic. It’s an easy-to-drink agave-forward spirit with light hints of vanilla and citrus. Made with rain, spring and deep well water, it has just the right balance of minerality. Plus, there’s a bit of a black pepper finish for an added kick.

“According to the Tequila Matchmaker app database, there are currently 135 active tequila distilleries operating in Mexico, all of which are listed and searchable in the app, including the brands that they create. For a distillery to make the list they must have more than 30 ratings and have at least 1 brand in active production as of the time of this update (as of January 13, 2020). The average score is calculated using all reviews in our database for products made at the assigned NOM. Keep in mind that distilleries that produce many different brands are being rated based on everything they produce, and not just one popular brand. This means that one low-rated brand can bring down the average for an entire distillery. The rating is based on 87,510 ratings (including 10,052 blind ratings) from 66,076 users (as of January 13, 2020).”
