THREE BLIND MICE

Restaurants – Bars in LILBURN, GA. About our name, a lot of people have inquired. The simple answer is that the main concept was to provide well-made, high-quality food and drink in a cozy neighborhood atmosphere. Originally, we had three partners (which have since developed into three local families). A full-service restaurant, a wine bar, and a café/specialty store make up Three Blind Mice. Wine selections are frequently tasted “blind” so that the producer, growing region, or price won’t affect how well they are judged. We sought to design a space that offered a wide variety of wines, imports and craft brews, and hand-picked spirits.
