Retail Stores in ATLANTA, GA. Jerry decided to fill the hole left by the absence of large format retailers in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina in 1977. Just before Christmas in 1977, our Myrtle Beach location debuted, and it soon rose to the top volume position in South Carolina. Tour buses, tourists from Canada, and South Carolinians on vacation all benefited from the affordable prices and the store’s sizeable selection of alcohol at the time.
