

- Kosher Salt or Sugar
- 2 oz – Volans Extra Ańejo Tequila
- 2 oz – Fresh Squeezed Grapefruit Juice
- 1 tsp – Agave Syrup
- A squeeze of 1 Lime wedge
- Grapefruit wedge
Rub half of the rim of a highball glass with a grapefruit wedge and coat with sugar or salt. Add Volans Extra Añejo Tequila, grapefruit juice, agave syrup, and the squeeze of lime into the glass and stir. Add ice. Top off with Perrier or soda water. Garnish with the grapefruit wedge.
